Materials Required:
Rock,white paint,glow powder.

Procedure:
Paint the rock white,apply masking,cut out design,mix glow powder with clear medium,apply generously 2-3 coats,let dry and remove masking,then coat with a clear gloss finnish,also 2-3 coats.
